The Linden Luxury Residences project in Kyiv received the main award for the best building of the year at the CEEQA 2024 ceremony held in Warsaw on May 15. This year, 700 nominees took part in the competition - real estate objects that were built in Europe in 2023.
CEE Quality Awards (CEEQA) is the industry's premier award and flagship annual event that recognizes the best real estate projects, companies and people of the year across 18 countries in Central and South Eastern Europe. Linden, which overcame the challenges of creating a luxury real estate project amidst the stresses and risks of wartime, was recognized by the judges of this year's CEEQA Awards with the highest honor.
